BBC 21.03.2011 Construction worker receives first full face transplant in USA construction worker, badly disfigured in a power line accident in 2008, has received the first full face transplant ever conducted in the United States. More than 30 doctors, nurses and other staff performed the operation in a hospital in Boston. Neil Bowdler reports.
