Office Manager - Sales and Marketing Support

We are looking for an employee for the newly established Swiss office of an Anglo - Saxon Asset Management Company. The applicant would be part of a small team working in an office at a prime and central location in Zurich. While we have just opened the Zurich office, we already have a significant client base in Switzerland. Globally we are part of a team of 75 people who are responsible for the management of $ 26 billion in various corporate bonds strategies.

Office Manager - Sales and Marketing Support

in charge of the following tasks and responsibilities:

* Responsible for all aspects of organizational and administrative tasks of the Swiss office,
   including office management, accounting, sales and marketing support.
* First point of contact for internal and external service providers. 
* A good researcher willing to create recurring and/or case specific reports for local
   purposes or to support strategic decisions on a company level.
* Support initiatives of customer acquisition by completing customer information in
   databases, organizing client events and preparing marketing documents.
* Native German speaker and very good command of oral and written English (good enough
   to prepare customer presentations/DDQs).
* Experienced user of Windows and MS Office programs.

* Responsible for IT and office equipment.  

Desired Skills and Experience

The applicant must be a self-starter who is willing to take the initiative. 

The applicant will be the backbone of a local sales organization, and should therefore enjoy being responsible for all related organizational and administrative tasks.
